All Sales Are Final

All sales are final on custom DTF transfers once production has begun. Because every order is printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on completed transfers.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your transfers arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint or refund at our discretion.

File Issues

We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution artwork (under 300 DPI), incorrect color profiles, or files submitted outside our specifications. Please review our How to Order guide before submitting your artwork.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After that, production may have already started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
